Overview
Fri̽tlmo Zdrël Vrët was founded durring the late 12th century in winter of the year 1099, by Vethakh Eenzin. The establishment of Fri̽tlmo Zdrël Vrët was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Vethakh Eenzin electing to pay people to resettle in Fri̽tlmo Zdrël Vrët.
Fri̽tlmo Zdrël Vrët was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the late 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Fri̽tlmo Zdrël Vrët is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.
Fri̽tlmo Zdrël Vrët is was constructed arround several spacious paverstone mainstreets which cross one another at certain axies, with smaller streets branching off of them to premit acess to the many buildings deeper into the road network. The overall fashion is remenessent of a circulatory system, or other organic construct, and is quite effishent in its design. The town is the proud owner of a thick set of fortified walls fashioned from querried stone blocks. While not up to snuff for a fort or castle wall, the town's walls are naturaly much larger than those of forts or castles. Therefore, the construction such a wall is most expencive. Fri̽tlmo Zdrël Vrët's buget focused wall would serve its community well in battle in spite of looking unimpressive compared to castles and fortresses. Fri̽tlmo Zdrël Vrët's top tier civilian fortifications are suffering from significent damage, so much so that examples can be pointed to no matter which section one might have within their line of site, and most of which render sections inoperable at present.
Fri̽tlmo Zdrël Vrët is not quite well. Something happened here, perhapse recently, perhapse long ago. Whatever it was, it settled into the very soul of the town like a festering wound. The people go about their day well enough, but there’s a tention in the air you can cut with a knife.

Cultural Notes
Fri̽tlmo Zdrël Vrët has a long tradition of martial expertise. This may be a crisply-organized history of skilled native levies, or it may be a natural belligerence in the people that leaves them familiar with bloodshed. While their neighbors and liege doubtless respect their talents, this very aptitude might make them more willing to turn to steel than prudence would advise.
Fri̽tlmo Zdrël Vrët's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by dynamic designs and complex architectural plan forms; intended to heighten feelings of motion and sensuality, and frequently based on the oval. It made extensive and extreme use of: Grandeur, Contrast, Curves and twists, Rich surface treatments, Gilded statuary, Bright colors, Vividly painted ceilings, Fragmented or deliberately incomplete elements, Large-scale frescoes, Dramatic central projections on an external facade, the use of plaster, stucco, or marble finishing, Illusory effects such as trompe l’oeil, and pear-shaped domes. While beloved by the nobility, the common folk tended to despise the style due to the massive consumption of resources required for even a small building constructed in this style.
Due to the actions of local Kami, summer is short in Fri̽tlmo Zdrël Vrët.
The Howler near Fri̽tlmo Zdrël Vrët are known to be a mutant strain of the creature.
Fri̽tlmo Zdrël Vrët's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in autumn and involves drinking to channel Augury energies of tier 1 via chanting.
